Running time approx. 60 min. 9 Whitework Whitework yields a rich tone-on-tone design that is perfect for any home décor. Shown as a pillow in this video, Linda’s design would also be suitable for framing. She approaches the project by designing ever increasing squares around a central square so the stitcher can call the work "finished" at any stage. Additionally, "whitework" doesn’t have to be white. Best represented when the fabric and stitching fibers match as closely as possible, there are many color choices available. The secret to beautiful whitework is the play of light and shadow on the variety of stitches used.
